Our guest film festival Trans Image/Trans Experience (TITE) from Ireland presents six new short films from Irish trans filmmakers, showcasing variety and talent in Ireland’s blooming trans film scene. An awkward encounter between crushes, a heartwarming stop-motion film, the quest for intimacy during a pandemic, a radical trans cult, a brutal attempted castration and a deeply personal film project with grave consequences – they’ve got it all! These films are by turn sweet, strange, sexy and scary, always made with passion and a thrillingly unique perspective – from tender first loves to visceral revenge stories. Q&A after the programme.
